§ 4 Delivery
Default shipping to Germany; other EU countries when enabled. See Shipping page.
§ 5 Personalization
Custom-made/personalized goods may be excluded from withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
§ 6 Manufacturing character
Layer lines and small tolerances are part of 3D-printed goods and not a defect if function is met.
§ 7 Warranty & liability
Statutory warranty applies. Unlimited liability for intent/gross negligence and injury; limited for slight negligence as permitted by law.
§ 8 Law
German law applies, excluding CISG, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their residence.
